At least 'some' of you are waiting for this !!

And me!! I've long been sold on Mr. Smeiman's work. The models, the flight dynamics, all the closest I have ever seen for every production aircraft I have of his. This Storch definitely looks the part, and it will be great having an accurate recreation of that aircraft to sport around in over the likes of Old Warden. ;)

I'd imagine it will be okay to fly it with the side cowlings removed, correct? I know that it is very common to operate a Storch with those panels removed for engine-temperature reasons (just as you never fly a Gloster Gladiator with the canopy closed (unless during winter), because of the overwhelming fumes...which is why I was so glad to see that on your Gladiator, the canopy animation was independent of the side doors).

Curious if this handsome example, an Old Warden resident, will be included by chance?

Thanks guys. As you may know, Simon is in dire straits and he has put priority on this bird for me because of that.
We'll still have to work out some details.

Understood, but knowing Jan Kees, I think the clean modern warbird schemes will have to be left to someone else to take on. ;)
