Just found this website which converts text such as this (taken from the Argo 02 aircraft ref file): "Ãîðèç. ïîëåòà" into "Гориз. полета" which can then be translated by Google Translate into "Horizontal Flight" . You can upload an entire file and it will convert it. Very useful for all those Russian aircraft checklists.

How do you download this little program?

Went to the URL and the program comes out.. (it operates fine) but how do you
download it to keep in your computer?

I assume it's an online converter, like Google Translate, so you can't download it as standalone software.
