Autostart program

What is the name of that little program that allows you to autostart other programs prior to FSX? I use to use it to prestart the PMsounds and SIOC files before FSX. Now, I can't seem to remember its name?
 
i use game booster
i have not had a problem
actually it stops programs
not the one you needed?

Thanks for the help guys! I downloaded Alacrity PC and will set it up again.

I like that program, and Ken is always willing to help..plus it has an easy start guide for setting it up and launching it...SWEET :applause:
