There are 41 missions and starts at Kunming on December 20,1941 and ends at Paoshan in May 1942.Planes by Captain Kurt,Lindsay and the Bruce Thorson P-40C converted to a P-40B.This is not the one converted by Bearcat but by Talon.It also has different cfg and dp files and flies differently.

The P-40E is the KM one.The ones that Lindsay did are for after the AVG and for the CATF which the AVG became in July 1942 and later.

Now I have to hand edit some missions and check them to make sure I didn't miss anything.

The P40B is the one uploaded by Oldwheat with the landing light fix..... same date and crc32.
 
Bruce Thorson sent his P-40C to Talon to test in CFS2 and still have the original model.It was also sent to a couple of others. Yes Oldwheat worked on it also and fixed the landing light.He never uploaded it,I checked.

The version you have is probably the Bearcat version which already had the changes done.He got it from Talon with Bruce Thorson's permission.

This plane was made in 2005 before you even joined SOH.

Bismarck 13 had problems with his Beaufightes,they wouldn't attack ships or ground targets and just gained altitude instead.Talon found the problem and a solution and Pen32Win fine tuned it.

No... i have both... d/l the original fs9 version unconverted.... and the original cfs2 multilod mdl that oldwheat sent.... i still have the original scasm codes i messed with.... they both required light fix..... and they were done in 07... so before that time they both had frozen light, which operated with rudder water deploy keyframe.... and oldwheat did upload after i finished with it

I have original that was for CFS2 by Bruce and all the files for it dated from 2005 to March 2006.He sent it to Talon for testing.The original p40b_hawk.mdl was from Feb 2006.

I checked again and there is no Oldwheat P-40 uploaded,it may have been lost when everything was moved here.

That's not what you said.... bc got it from talon.... and that's just not true.

I still have original zip file i received from oldwheat..... and the landing light is STILL dangling..... so what's your point
