Avro Anson - come and get it !

Hey thanks Ferry, nice shots !

Thanks Francois, but there is one thing I'm disappointed with!

I mean, how could you forget to include these:

and:

Just kidding of course, I'm sure a painter will give us a Dutch paint sometime soon!

BTW the first one is now located in a museum in Groningen and now looks like this: http://www.airnieuws.nl/phregister/480/K6285-1.jpg

A few more screenshots of a mk.1 and a Mk.19; amazing they both have the same name, as they are completely different aircraft!

For Ferry (and others)

Most probably the most known picture of an Anson is the picture from the K6285 which flew with 321 (Dutch) squadron from the RAF. Even the Airfix kit came with markings for this particular aircraft as well. BUT......... somehow it was not included in this package!

As I can not wait until the paintkit is available I decided to edit Simon's textures and create this famous aircraft.

Not finished yet, but I thought I should announce it already :biggrin-new:

Cheers,
Huub

Nice one Huub :) And I may be Dutch, but Simon isn't .... so it wasn't really on his priority list I guess. There are quite a few to choose from !

What spectacular screen shots I have been seeing in this thread. I am very soon to be purchasing this gem. Fantastic work.
