Just went to the site..
NOTICE TO AIRMEN: Scheduled Maintenance - Phase 3 of 4
AVSIM will be undergoing scheduled maintenance with intermittent interuptions anticipated Saturday, July 25, 2015, between 1400Z - 1900Z.

I must admit Im not a regular visitor to Avsim any more. Its all about the tube liners, which I almost never sim in, because I spend much of my real life inside the damn things. SOH, CalClassics and Flightsim.com are my regulars, with SOH really my only home these days.
