Avtek-400 - Update for the FS9 Avtek-400

An updated version of this unique early 80's airplane. A new VC, native FSX conversion, updated liveries and some updates to the aircraft.cfg file. This was one of my favorites for a long time after it was released and hopefully now it can be enjoyed again by a new group of Simmers.
