Axial or Angled

Just wondering what you guys find is tougher to land on, an Axial deck carrier or Angled deck carrier.
Personally I'd go for Axial being tougher, never really had any trouble compensating for the of axis approach of angled boats and tend to find they offer a better view on approach.

I prefer the axial (straight) deck, you just fly right up the ship's wake. :)
Of course I just land on the default or VN CV's without any add-on static aircraft parked on the bow as you would have in real life (WWII or Korea). If I had to deal with that they'd be sounding the crash alarm about every other time I came aboard. :icon_lol:
Since we're on the subject, is it possible in CFS2 to adjust a CV's .cfg file so the cables and the LSO's waving direction allow for an actual angled approach???

Dunno about the LSO, but, you can adjust the cables by changing the first or last set of figures.
