B- ?? Baltimore

I seen this TV show and it was about the B- ??
it looked like a B-25 with a single tail.
They refered to it as the Baltimore.

anyone know about this plane?
 
It's the A-23 built by Martin. Shipped to England under lend-lease. I guess that it served well under the English.
 
What about the B-26 - it looks quite similar to the B-25, yet it had the nickname "Baltimore Wh*re..."
 
The commonwealth used the baltimore for the most part in the mto during wwII. The B-26 was called the maurader and after a rough start turned out to be a fine medium bomber.
 
The English had a little help from the Irish, Scots and Welsh so British would be more apropriate not forgeting the dozens of other comonwealth and expat Europeans.

LOL, I suppose all these planes do look broadly similar in that they have two radial engines...

But yes, the Baltimore and its relatives are a very overlooked family of aircraft.
