Bad news about Aerocrate

Recently Gary Aumaugher has informed me that due to personal circumstances he will not be involved in CFS2 work for the forseable future. He will leave the Aerocrate site up but will do no work on Campaigns ,Scenery or Aircraft. He does say that eventually he will return but not right now.Since his work on Aircraft, and scenery that is critical to my work on the 1917 campaign I am kind of stopped dead in the water although 80% of it is done.I am inclined to finish what I can and wait to see if he eventually at least begines to work on the aircraft I need. I also have other projects I want to do so I will keep busy.Sorry about the bad news.

We owe Gary a huge "Thank You" for all that he has done for us. WW I in CFS 2 would not be half of what it is today had it not been for his efforts.

I don't go there as much as I used to, but Aerocrate's WWI cfs2 install provided one of those alternatives that keep CFS2 from getting stale. Hope things work out and he returns as soon as he can. Our positive thoughts are with him.:d

I"am sorry that I"am a bit belayted with my post on this subject. I love WWI flying. Especialy since there are not many WWI simulators out there. Its a shame that he will not participate in any father develpment of WWI through CFS2. I hope you will in the Future. But God,Family and Country come"s first.

I want to thank you Gary Aumaugher for all you have done for this community and this hobby!:faint:

I too will miss Gary's work, I've flown and modified the 1916 campaign many times and his planes and scenery items are outstanding. The real world has a lot to answer for! I hope he does, one day, make the trip back to CFS2, After the Aces studio demise I think we will be here a long time
