Bahamas Paints or planes?

I am hoping to explore the Bahamas and hoped for a paint or two for regional airlines ....or a plane already done for that region...

i found an old DC3 by Jan Visser original made for 2000 updated to 2002 FS with a Bahamas Airways VP-BBU repaint by Mark Beaumont...but i have no idea if it will work in FSX...

i was hoping for a Dash or a smaller plane that can handle the short strips like on Beef Island.

any suggestions eagerly welcomed :)

I did a Bahamas Airways repaint for the default Grumman Goose, circa 1950s, available at avsim. Just search for 'Bahamas Goose' or the like under FSX repaints. It was only my second repaint and thus far from perfect, but nice enough for a jaunt around the Bahamas.

i found some nice Bahamas regional paints...the one i hoped to use was a nice one for the Goose that hobofat did...

goose_bhs.zip (Jonathan Devers/Hobofat Creations) Grumman Goose flown by Bahamas Airways during the 1950s. Bahamas Airway's fleet consisted of the Grumman Goose and the Douglas DC-3, two of the most fantastic airplanes in aviation history. This livery is best flown with Pina Colada in one hand...
2968lb Avsim..

but Avsim library is not working currently due to technical problems according to the Librarians... so i used this nice Caribbean Airlines Dash-8-300 a De Havilland/Bombardier Dash8-Q311. 50 seat twin turboprop regional airliner. Caribbean Airways 9Y-WIL with new 'Hummingbird' livery. FSDS design with 2D panel, dynamic VC, custom sound, full moving parts, dynamic shine, operating airstair & cargo door, new FD, HTML Check/Ref lists and more. Compatible with Acceleration/SP2. By Jean-Pierre Brisard, Barry Blaisdell, Bob May, Kevin Pardy - Premier Aircraft Design. picked it up over at simaviation.

Preparing to land at Nassau (island to the right)

Flies like a dream and has a very nice panel. I will hope to switch to the Goose for the water landings and exploring some of the more remote spots. thanks for the great tip on your repaint, Jonathan. :) The islands are beautiful.

A Buddy who is a active commerical pilot who flew for Eagle down there is coaching me to the good spots...so this will be fun.
