Description: Airspeed AS51 Horsa MkI Skinpack by UncleTgt

This is a collection of repaints for the Horsa MkI made by Baldy for CFS 2.

The textures are:


  • DP716 Training Glider 5, UK circa February 1943.
  • HG752 Glider 133 Operation Ladbroke July 1943. Galpin's glider. The a/c serial number is a guess.
  • PW773 Glider 5 "Churchills Reply", Operation Mallard, June 6th 1944.
  • LF819 Glider 10 Operation Bluebird, South of France, August 1944. Unusual for it's MTO camoflaged upper surfaces.
  • LJ114 USAAF glider from D-Day June 6th 1944. This option retains the UK upper wing roundels.
  • LJ114 USAAF glider from D-Day June 6th 1944. This option overpaints the UK upper wing roundels.
I've also attached an updated airfile to try to model the manuevrability better, & model the tail upwards movement if you deploy the airbrake chutes.

To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.

Thanks to: Baldy for another unusual aircraft.

This is freeware and subject to the usual conditions.
