Actually I think here in the Balearics we tend to consider ourselves more as Majorcan, Minorcan etc rather than Balearics. Probably related to the isolation we have had for centuries.

Yes, each island is very different culturally and physically from the others. Even the types of Catalan spoken there have many differences. Putting aside the cultural items, there are many historic missions and campaigns that can be created from Mallorca: I would personally choose the Legion Condor He59 against Republican ships and ports, or intercept bomber missions from Mallorca (difficult as a CR.32 is not the plane to catch a SB-2, but not so hard against a R-Z Natacha).
