I also originally had this issue. Once you are on the donations page, try re-logging back into SOH and your username should show up. You will then be good to go.

Most of us I believe are logged into www.sim-outhouse.com, while the donation page is on sim-outhouse.com - without the "www." The log-in cookies for each aren't cross-compatible. You can either re-enter your log-in info or manually add the "www." into the address bar.
