I have a neighbor who's brat would ride his dirt bike at odd hours, and it was VERY loud. The brat would also do spinouts on the end of my driveway, throwing the gravel everywhere. I can definitely sympathize with that woman.
Fortunately, the kid grew up, and gave up the constant dirt bike riding.
I wouldn't mind, however, if women going topless became legal here in the U.S.!!!

When it comes to that kind of stuff, we are just a wee tad more liberated in Canada....it was one of the major differences noticed, when I moved to the States.
Of course, it would not be in my nature to expose my breasts like that, however, I can't help but admire her for her "gutsiness".

When it comes to that kind of stuff, we are just a wee tad more liberated in Canada....it was one of the major differences noticed, when I moved to the States.

Our neighbor acquired a nice looking, old Jaguar Sedan. He's got it under a tent in his back yard so he can work on it.
Because he works odd hours, he works on the Jag throughout the day with his radio blaring. We can't sit and enjoy our deck with all the noise.
So, what options do you suggest?
PS - At his age, I wouldn't recommend if the wife went topless.
