did anyone watch sundays coverage of the disabled vetrans assosiations DVA 2012 camero sale?...wild...they got the price to 62,000,second bidder would NOT go over 61,000,so the "winning bidder" pid his 62 grand, sent it right back to the block and sold it again...the second guy then bought it for 61,000,and then people in the stands ran the donation amount up to 150,000 in 2000 and one 5000 dollar amounts...was kinda fun to watch...

last nights clint boyer truck was embarrasing..it was at 10 grand for a long time..and clint looked like he wanted to cry, then he said he would throw in a drivers suit and a daytona package and the price went up......wow....

I suspect there are not very many people that want a brand new truck that is purposely painted to look old, dirty, and rusty. Clint should have given that a little more thought.

i totally have to agree. if someone GAVE me this truck, i would sell it quick as i could, for whatever i could get.

I watched all three days and gotta say that the B-J staff should have put the DAV's Camaro across the block on Saturday when it could have generated a lot more money for the Vets, late Sunday afternoon gets kinda "sleepy" what with most of the monied bidders already on the way home. As far as Boyer's truck was a bad design decision on Clint's part....I know the "rat rod" thing is popular at the moment but just doesn't look right on a new model pick-up,I would have gone with the slammed and bagged look with a nice, clean two-tone paint and some 22's on it....

i agree with that....that was my point.that it was wild, that something as important as our vetrans, was done sunday and not showcased on saturday,.i think they should stick with scottsdale and the florida shows, and forget los vegas and the OC,those three are so close together physically .
