a 26yo man decided to base jump from the forresthill bridge last night,730 feet high bridge is highest in california,he got caught in a tree and was hanging in his harrness 100feet above the ground,they used a bucket truck to rescue him,and he was promptly arrested.the bridge has some construction going on,they are putting in a "net system" to stop people from jumping,there have been more than 65 suisides from the bridge so far.

While I sympathize with his desire to have some fun, I think that he should probably be charged for the rescue effort.

Besides base jumping, repelling and bungee jumping always come to mind when I see a bridge like this one.
