I have loaded the Battle for Hawaii and in the 2nd mission it calls for F1_PH_PBY Fly and F1_PH_PBY STATIC. where do I find these two Planes?

Those are part of the Payware (Flight One) Pearl Harbor package which dates back to 2002-2003. I don't even think it's available anymore, and the freeware version we have now GREATLY supersedes it in quality.

You can use the Alphasim PBY's that Shessi modified if you so desire.
