As a follow up of the previous BoB Spitfire upload, here's 7 BoB skins for the Hurricans with new 1680 2D panel and some other bits. All files included.

Morton,

This is truly outstanding work, thank you so very much! :salute:

fantastic stuff morton.

I'd love to see you do some stuff for the 1% 2b and 2c models. I know from past experience dabbling with these planes that they share identical texture mapping albeit with different gun configurations. I can only presume that they were created by the same person.

Ian,

That 1% Hurricane model was the basis for the AH version back in 2002, that's why the textures fit so readily. :mixedsmi:

Morton thank u very much for this great job !

Thx Mort, brilliant as usual !!! :)

yeh, it's just a "DP file" glitch .. just paste this in the [guns.1] section to fix it......

[guns.1]
gun.0=333,0.000,0.000,0.000,0,0,1,333
gun.1=333,0.160,0.010,-0.020,0,0,1,333
gun.2=333,0.330,0.020,-0.030,0,0,1,333
gun.3=333,0.480,0.030,-0.050,0,0,1,333

You are right Mav. Thanks.
(The "missing" Guns.1 section is maybe there, but somehow I screwed it up by deleting a line feed it seems..)

BTW, great turn rate by the default air parameters. Added internal wing tanks and boosted the aileron effectiveness to compensate with better roll rate. Bumped the rudder effect for more lateral authority in combat. Decreased the drag by a tick for more energy in the tangle (she bleeds energy way too fast) and proper top speed. Added more punch to the Mk2 Brownings. Move over Spits, she's NOW the scourge of the Luftwaffe!

If you plan to use them for BOB campaigning and want to see these mounts in the selection menu, be sure to change the dp's service date from "entered_service=11/1/41" to something way before 1941. I use "entered_service=11/1/37".

YEAH!

THANKS MORTON! :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause:

These are for AH's FS9 Hurri MkIA converted for CFS2 or do they belong to the CFS2 dedicated model? Judging from your pictures and the fantastic shots posted by Bearcat she seems to be the latter, due to the longer Merlin XX nose and spinner which was modeled into the CFS2 product.

Cheers!

If I'm wrong, somebody correct me, but I'm pretty sure these were the native CFS2 Hurricanes. In fact I started these textures on the more complex converted FS9 Hurricane, but decided instead to use the "simpler" CFS2 model: All aircraft fuse textures are in one 1024 bitmap like the BOB Spitfire model I used.

Yep, that's correct Morton, can confirm it is native cfs2 multiLOD A/C with 5 LoDs. :)
