Yes. Must download again from Your source. It was released near june/july 2012.

I noticed small bug with wing's pylons in last SP5 (see here):



Its a weapon station, but I think its good idea to create this part transparent. If You use external tank You will see two different pylons so its a small bug.

Does it ADF work (NDB)? I dont know about it bofore, but now looks like ADF radiocompass dosent work. VOR works.
