Croydon Airport, London, UK (1920-59) was the 1st of the world’s beautiful Art-Deco airports from the 1920s/30s “Golden Years of Aviation”. It was the 1st airport with ATC & the 1st in other ways as well. Come see its history, including a 1930s version in MSFS. If enough Views & Likes, I will cover more of these beautiful Art-Deco airports in the UK, Europe & the USA. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.Note: The text words in this video are all mine. I use an Aussie AI voice (because I am an Aussie) for those who wish to listen as well as look.

My younger daughter and I did the tour of the Croydon Airport terminal building a few years ago. Some of the preserved artefacts are very interesting, including a wheel and propeller from an HP.42 / 45, the direction-finding plotting board, and a suitcase that belonged to Amy Johnson. A must-visit if you're interested in civil aviation in the 1920s and 1930s.
