Best British Vintage aircraft in FSX

Vintage British Aircraft

As an Old Airman and a new flight simmer I have a hanger full of DH planes and I fly the Moths often. I also have the Curtiss Robertson J1. When I heard of the J1 I had to have it as I have sat in one when it was being prepped for sale. My next search is for the Stampe payware model when GAS finishes it!

My favourites were all mentioned early on: the Jim Douglass Moth, the Dave Garwood Auster, the Bulldog. There's a rather nice FSX native BA Swallow, too, by Paul Gausden, for really low and slow Old Warden flying.

I'm with Roger on what constitutes vintage. It's when you see a news item about the "last flight" of the replacement for something you remember as being new that you feel a bit vintage yourself.

Not seeing this thread before, must think my favourite British models are Rick Piper's Chipmunk, Dave Garwood's Rapide and Auster and although not a FSX aeroplane, Dave Molyneaux's Auster AOP.9 which represents the actual aeroplane in which I have over 60 hours in.
