Best Freeware Textures for FSX planes?

Can anyone tell me the best freeware textures for default FSX aircraft?:cost1:

Ok, you might need to be more specific there friend. What aircraft are you talking about? There are thousands of freeware textures and more than a handful of default aircraft.

banana bob made replacement props for almost all of them. i can't fly with anything else now. they just don't look right otherwise.

I can highly recommend Henry's repaints for the default Beaver.

Yeah Banana Bob's or the "late" Yago9's paints.... personally I think those two are the best

Are either of those even available any more? I understood that both were removed from the SOH downloads. I don't think Bob's site is even up any more and Yago told SOH to remove any and all of his work from SOH.

If they're available somewhere else I'd like to know where.

There are still seven pages of Yago9's great skins in the SOH archive, and four pages of BananaBob's. Yago did ask for his to be removed, but apparently it's a condition of uploading to SOH that you can't ask for them to be taken down - well, you can ask....
