I agree with many of the above but I think Mathias BF108 definately deserves a mention:engel016:
 
OV-10, OV-10, OV-10! Way to go Aerosoft. Most immersive flight sim aircraft I own, stellar VC. Really get the sensation of flying better than any other aircraft in my library.

I also like the B-52 from Captain Sim. Visually beautiful.

I've really been enjoying both of these as well, along with the Flysimware - Bell 47G/Sioux H-13

2011 was a good year for helos I think.
