Best site for Russian panels?

I've got a number of Russian aircraft in my FS9. Obviously they have Russian-language panels. Some of the gauges, switches, dials, etc are fairly easy to figure out but others positively defeat me. I've been in touch with one of the designers for an Il-96 who's been kind enough to do an overlay of the panel in English to at least tell me what aircraft systems the controls are for. I'm stumped by an Il-86 I asked him about he says actually has an Il-76 panel installed. He's also mentioned many of the Russian switches that seem to be simple "on-off" propositions are actually three-way switches (similar to the fuel boost pump switches on Manfred Jahn's Constellation fuel control panel - but at least those are marked "high-off-low.") I've tried to scout FlightSim and other sites for English-language panels but have had limited success. Is there a good repository of English-language Russian panels on the web?

Try AVSIMRus. It's a Russian site that it is in English. I've downloaded good planes and scenery but have never looked for panels.
