my suggestion is to download Morton's 2006 repaint pack for Stuart Green's G4M1 Betty here:

It includes a beautiful 2d historical Betty panel, where the pilot/aircraft commander sits correctly on the right seat. A practice contrary to the Allied standard for multi-engine aircraft, where the main pilot seat was the left one.
