• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

same thing has been happening to me lately...I deleted NoScript, but that only helped. It still crashes every once in a while...especially on YouTube. :isadizzy:

Just give Safari a try. Apple Safari browser for Windows...

I have been using it primarily now. Only thing it crashes with is YouTube. Everything else is fine.

You think FireFox crashes alot.. Try vista version of IE7....

Gave Safari a try a while ago...not really a great browser.

Opera is the best :)

Excellent piece of software. However, it lacks some of FF's (add-on) features and doesn't "feel" comfortably enough.

I think I got FF stablilized.

Got a BSOD as well after having made the post above and did a little something to my Ram timings.
Man, those 64bit OS'es are real sissies when it comes to Ram overclocking...

How on Earth do you overclock RAM? :isadizzy:

Never mind.. I might blow up my machine. :kilroy:

Frequency and timings.

My Ram runs 400Mhz stock (DDR800) and in my machine 480Mhz (960DDR). i'd like to push it to 1066, but neither mainboard nor Ram won't go that high. I would need some high-end sticks (XMS Dominator) and an X48 board to achieve this.

Ram timings are said to make a small difference in access times, but it's the let's say most "twitchy" of all overclocking elements.

One value put one notch too high was the difference between instability and stability for me...or at least I hope so. :costumes:
