Regards!

Hmm, seatbelts and some cable clutter under the panel and we're done with the cockpit, eh?
Maybe climbing over the seats with the muddy boots once?

looks stunning! though 1 question, can we change the colour of the trim?? not to struck with the orangey brown and creamy look :)

Yes but no, won't happen.
I could re-use just the canopy framing, trim wheels and trim indicator and parts of the pedals.
Everything else is considerably different from our D-IBFW so that we would have to do most stuff from scratch, since we don't do half-arsed stuff that is. Would make it a christmas 2011 release.
Problem with these old survivors is that there are basically no two around that would be even remotely the same.
There is nothing in this world that would justify another year of developement time for this one.
After all it's the Classics Hangar, devoted to old German iron and D-EBEI is a modern plane in an old framework, nothing that really interests me.

That's a consequent statement to be fully respected! :salute:
Although I'm very glad to see real world's EBEI as survivor (with all the tradeoffs to be made in an airworthy vintage plane), your straight policy is something I very much appreciate.

Cheers,
Markus.

Looks amazing, really nice model of a classy aircraft! Looks very 3 dimensional even in the screenshots! Maybe they will have some at Hahnweide again this year, till now it is D-EBEI listed only...

Thanks guys!

.... Looks very 3 dimensional even in the screenshots! ...

Thanks MM. It's all about light, direct light and indirect light, light photon bounces, color bleeding and resulting subtle changes in illumination and coloring throughout the surfaces.
I think there's no one else in our little industry who makes an as extensive use of global illumination rendering technics and procedural shaders as we do.
I'm quite satisfied with the natural look and feel and the subtle shading of the VC.
You just don't get bored by an over-artificial, overly "contrasty" look.
No slap-in-yer-face photoshop effects, just consequently executed physically correct global illumination and shaders.
Aw, I'm beginning to digress.....
