Do we have effects with blinking lights. Need some type of light that brightens and then dims say on a ten second cycle. O1 made some for us a while back but I tried them in the game with the new shaders and no joy.

There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

I found an old (2008) upload (flashinglights.zip) that uses the Lighthouse type effect (based on lightning?) to make flashing nav lights.
