Blinking lights

Do we have effects with blinking lights. Need some type of light that brightens and then dims say on a ten second cycle. O1 made some for us a while back but I tried them in the game with the new shaders and no joy.

What do you need it for Ted? Depending on the application it might be fairly simple to arrange.

I found an old (2008) upload (flashinglights.zip) that uses the Lighthouse type effect (based on lightning?) to make flashing nav lights.
