Blurred ATC window and top bar

While tinkering with my reinstall to improve frame rates I have made this happen. Any ideas how I did it, please, and how to put it right?
 
I reported a similar problem about 2 weeks ago when I reinstalled aicarriers. It was a video card problem. In my case (I have a ATI 4670 card) I had to let the card control the graphics and it was the anistropic filtering that needed to be tweaked. It is different for nvidea cards.

Thank you both. I have a Radeon HD 6470M. I've tried the "update drivers" but it tells me I am up to date. I have reset all of the in-game display options to default. The graphics card settings were something I tried adjusting, but I have gone back to standard again now, and the problem continues. Any more ideas, please, other than flying non-radio types?

Flap over - I found the "reset to factory settings" on the graphics card menu and everything is as it should be. Thanks for trying.
