• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

While it is true that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, they are not entitled to their own facts. The last version 0.85 was not "a year and a half ago" it was April of 2019--two years and eight months ago.

This version of the plane in P3D 4.5 is not usable at all, crashing the sim after a minute or two of flight.

I am frankly astounded by the argument that he should not have to deliver what he promised (and took $40 for) if it would be more profitable to move on to something else. But as you say, the internet is a wacky place.

The real question is why he shut down the forum on his website and went into complete silence for two years...communicating nothing to the customers that were waiting for the finished product he promised.

It is this utter contempt for paying customers that says something about his reliability that some in the community may wish to know about.

Let's just say "Buyer beware" when it comes to this developer. The preview pics look promising, so maybe they will, maybe they won't deliver a good product. But since this thread is going the same direction that so many threads have gone in the past, I think it's best to just close it. If you'd like to follow the progress, use the link in the top post for their blog, and the link below for the preview page.
