Man! I did not know about the one you posted, Pete. That looks sweet. I agree on the wait. Engines look wrong, but probably worth 10 bucks just for screen shots. Need to be sold more than I am now to grab it now. I sure hope the other 707 group will also take a run at a nice 727 as well. Thanks for the h/u.I think I will pass this one up, even though the price is right, as this one looms quite promising: https://aerialsimulations.com/index.php/707-2/
Notwithstanding its' price point I remain astonished that this product was released as is. I can only think that Jorg ran out of patience with AH and is so busy with the new sim promotion that he just said " to hell with this just get it out there".....I hope they will revamp and fix it. Besides the things that don't work, the shapes are all kinds of off in this model. I am inclined to give them a chance to rework it.
Don, just taking note of your mention about the 707 group maybe (hopefully) doing a 727 when we just got the FSS 727 made me a bit curious. I have heard some negative comments in different forums and whatnot but could not get the straight of the laundry list if any and often its inane commentary. You've been around here and in the sim community a long time and if I have never said this before, I always take your opinion and insight with either great enthusiasm or caution but any light you can shed on the FSS 727 that I may have missed would be welcome.Man! Amen, brother!I like something now that is simple, looks good, takes great screen shots, plays a part of history or a personal memory, and is fun to fly
Amen brother! The 707 has some issues that need to be addressed. Even for more casual flight. But the guys who act like it's an unmitigated disaster need to get a life.
