Hello Fellow Simmers,

Down loaded this gem sometime ago ( terrific sounds ) , credit goes to Eric Cantu amongst others and High Flight Simulations. It features "Bahamas Air" colours , no virtual cockpit and only a 2D panel to operate from.

I'm looking for an early "CP AIR" or "Westjet" texture to give this addon some local flavor.

Appreciate someone's help !

The TinMouse plane? I thought the panel was FSX incompatible...

Anyways, a -200 is a hot contestant for my next project....should I ever start it.

As Kilo Delta said. I just can't believe there is no 732 for FSX. A Posky quality 732 would be very welcome. The Tin mouse version still lokks good in FSX and I fly it alot in its many repaint guises, but lacks a VC :(

:d

Just an FSX'd Tinmouse exterior would suffice...for a while....I could always swap over the Cessna 172's vc!

Hm...if I anyone could get his/her hands on the source files of the exterior for me, this wouldn't be much of a problem...

The possibility of getting the default 738 VC into Max 9 and modifying it to represent a 732 is there, thanks to ModelConverterX.
It's still a ton of work though, but the mesh is there...

Ah well, no. The 328 is and will always be first.

Never really a fan of the 200....its those silly Me262 type engines it uses LOL, now the 400...thats another story :), I'd fly one of those almost non stop in FSx, I've the application and skill set, just not the time right now, a more pressing project is being processed.

You can always tweak the 2D panel to work in FSX as only downside are some incompatible gauges, mainly airspeed HSI & attitude. This you can take from the core files(99% compatibel) from HJG 707 panels

There is no VC-->this cannot be cured unless somebody makes it(almost never) or somebody(HJG) could talk Eric in issueing an FSX model-->then annother VC model may be used

Add the -300 and -400 and I'm in.

That would be an option indeed.
Alter the default VC and fill it up with HJG's gauges...

The Posky later versions (600, 700, 800) look like a 400 to me, and they are FSX native.

The 200 was part of my childhood going on holiday on Brittania, Orion etc, so I have a soft spot for it, plus some of the repaints for the Tinmouse one are superb and it is very FPS friendly in FSX.

The NG series sports a different wing to the classics.

Also, the most fitting equivalent to a -400 is the -800. Same for the -700 for the -300 and the -600 for the -500.

As I've said before: With a relatively simple conversion of the original model to FSX standards one could still use all the repaints for the FS9 model.

I had a nice tour around the inside of this back in 05 at Fairford, plenty of cockpit pictures too :), I like the old gauges, but its those darn squitty little engines LOL.

I think the 600s are longer and later had wing tip extensions, have to admit, all my manuals and documentation is for the 300/400/500 series, but also plenty for the NG as well, just not as much as the classics.
