British F-35C

With Defence Review in 2010 the British Government made a decision to order the C variant of the JSF only to switch it back to the B variant. I have Dinos F-35 pack and I must say very well done I love flying this thing. I just wanted to ask if anyone could make a Royal Navy repaint for the C model I was thinking either one of these but with the F35s Green colour scheme.

A little OT...but thanks for the appreciation. I am working on a major F-35 upgrade (probably payware) - but at the moment is P3Dv2.5+ only. A number of small fixes were are in progress - and the new version should be considerably closer to the real deal.

I see why the Royal Navy was tempted by the F-35C.... unless you have no strong reasons to go for a STOVL (i.e. you own small carriers like we Italians do), the F-35C offers a non negligible increase in payload and range over the F-35B.

We have the new HMS Queen Elizabeth but its not yet in service it has no catapults and plus the B variant is apparently going to be ready before the C variant.

Yes - I know. "Temporary" selection of the F-35C was due to the fact that at a certain point in the F-35 program, it seemed that the British Navy wanted a rework of the Queen Elizabeth to have arrestor cables (and catapults) to leverage the extra payload and range of the F-35C - but the final decision was to use F-35B and keep the carrier as is. Here is a video of the carrier landing trials at the simulator...

That is quite cool - although there are more visually advanced simulators available for pilot training (although motionless)...

Then, slightly off-topic, I have just finished the new F-35B British repaint...
