Do Bruce Thorson P-40B Curtiss Hawk work in CFS2 [converted], Did he do one for CFS2, I thought I heard that ..... mabe !?

Also a little help, what program do ya use to add ....weapons, hardpoints, ect and I'm not sure, but which file did ya have to go into to add these.
Was it the MDL, DP ?? The program if my memory serves me right ...displayed a blue screen showing the wire frame of the model and had a list of weapons, hardpoints, you could add and I believe it was the MDL file ya had to use.

Could some one direct me to this program and what ever else I need to do weapons mod on planes. And where the program (s) need to be located to work. And mabe some suggestions as well. It has been so long that I did this, I just forgot. Is there a help info on this ...a how to?

Bearcat241 did a conversion package for Bruce Thorson's P-40, It should be here at the OH. The Dp file is the file that is concerned with weapons and hardpoints. Not sure which program you are refering to that helps with adding weapons. Hope this helps.

Cowboy,

A few months back, I made a new set. I used the original files, and made the "B" model slightly lighter and more maneuverable than the "C" model. Horsepower ratings and the Allison engine specifications are as close as I could make them.

Performance should be very close if not dead-on to specs. Let me know what you think!

The program you are looking for is DPED Version 1.2 by Flyman.

I couldn´t find it here in SOH ¿? Probably didn´t look in the right place.

I've just test flown Thorson's HAWK-B. first time. Your new Airfile and Cfg are a must. Without them it ran away with me. Damn thing was doing 475 knts. before I made the change.

You are most welcome. I think tonight, I will upload those permanently. This week, I must try to tie up a lot of loose ends before school starts, that seems like a good place to begin.
