• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

'Bruno Duffort Would Probably Like This'

I miss Bruno. I still think things shouldn't have went down like they did.

I agree Willy, way too much political bickering after 9-11 and the start of the Iraq conflict. Bruno was one of the first people I had personal contact with when I got into flight sim, too bad he decided to get out of the hobby. :frown:

Hand-made knives? My wife's step-dad made this one. The tang goes all the way to the back end, and the grip is leather-wrapped brass with wire used for the rivets. And it's sharp enough to cut skin!

I agree and didn't he make all those P-40's if memory serves me right ? If he did , I flew them all and he was an excellent designer .

Yes, and his P-38's for CFS2 were also excellent. Even now after nearly 10 years they still compare well against the newer planes.

Bruno was a great painter but his colleague (name forgotten) was the modeller.

I think Bruno also did the flight models as well as paint. But you're right on the modeler.
