BSOD Blues

Hey guys, recently I started getting the BSOD after a few seconds or minutes after firing up my system. I traced it down to being my memory sticks, 2 of the 3 have died and the only thing I did recently was update my board bios, don't know if that was the cause or not but I'm down to 1GB memory so I'm on a forced break for now. Thanks.

If you flashed with a OC set that might cause problems...BUT
