Is it possible to Highlight an area of objects in mission builder to delete

I have to many objects in the mission, Can I highlight certain areas or do I have to delete them all manually?,

Yes. Keep SHIFT pressed, keep left cklick pressed and draw and rectangle. The objects in this area will be highlighted in green.
Cklick on the dustbin symbol in the right hand lower corner and the highlighted objects will be gone.

How Exactly... (Aka. Please help me!)

I have uploaded a screenshot (Below) of what my MB screen looks like, How Exactly do I make this in to a file that will appear in free flight and also so I can upload it to SOH,
