I would guess that there is a cadre of these idiots that have nothing better to do and just like to keep in practice. It's their idea of keeping up with technology. Or it is "fun". Or their only method of control over others.

Hopefully, they're caught and get the slammer and big fines.

Sorry about the long outage, we changed a few security settings, blocks some IPs but we are still getting high bandwidth usage, so please bare with us and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

EDIT: Now my downloads are terminating after 216 bytes. Worked when I downloaded the new FSX A-26 file, but about 5-10 min later no go on all I've tried....
