C-130 purchase advice needed, please

I did back-to-back flights in the two Herks, sitting in the cockpit it's clear the Milviz is much the better, but the CS flight was more enjoyable due to the analog cockpit and the better performance. But I'm flying a beta product in VR on just (!) a 10 GB 3080...
One problem with the CS is that several knobs on the side panels are pink - missing textures.
It's a 2020 aircraft running on 2024 so not surprising but I'll see if that can be fixed.

I don't have any pink knobs or missing textures in my CS 130 in 2024. If you're using a repaint, check your texture.cfg for the correct fallbacks, missing .json files, or missing textures. Also, try running the layout.json through the generator.

I think that settles it, Keith - thanks for letting me know.

I understand the appeal of the Captain Sim model's old analogue flight decks, but VORs and NDBs are rapidly disappearing in the sim, so I suppose I'll just have to move with the times. Milviz it is.

Since there was no $9.99 CaptainSim sale over the holidays I purchased the C130E for $19.99.

Most everything I've tested seems to work in MS2024. and I am pleased with the purchase.

What does not work is the Flag and it's selection does not work.

How is the Flare animation initiated? Can't locate how. The Flare loading appears on the Side Pad.
HELP wanted on the Flare initiation procedure. Thanks.
