C-130

I have this strange phenomenon: there are C-130's on airfields where you don't expect these, sometimes one, sometimes several. Does this sound familiar? What can I do about it? I tried removing all C-130: no result, stil there.

Odd as I rarely see C-130s as AI or static anywhere but then again I do have Orbx installed. Have you added a scenery that includes C-130s as static or AI aircraft and have they somehow modified your default files in some way?

Aren't there native C-130's in the sim as of v4.x of P3D? I don't have P3D anymore, but I vaguely seem to remember that.

Even though I'm ageing, I'm not quite yet in the "senior moment" part of my life! ;)

If you have AIFP, take a look through your traffic bgl files in Scenery/World/Scenery. You can break down what AI airplanes are in each file. Also, look in your Addon Scenery folder for some spurious traffic.bgl files

V4.5 has the C-130 as a default flyable aircraft yes but it's the old CS FSX one which I bought for FSX and regretted buying pretty soon afterwards! Very resource heavy and a pain to fly. I pulled all of the C-130 variants out and put them in a back-up folder along with all of the LM fast movers (F-14, F-15, F-16, F-35, etc.) as I have absolutely zero interest in flying them. I don't think I even tried them once before they got stored.

Yep, I have AIFP. I first noticed this C-130 on LFTH a French mediterrenean airfield. A helicopter occupies the same space? That should be impossible? So it probably has nothing to do with a traffic file. In ADE there is nothing on that place.
