What is this utility? Where can I find it?
I have problem with 1.3 freezing in the second (full screen ) splash screen.
Power down is only solution

link to it on an earlier thread from beaubrummie......Norton see's it as a trojan horse so I've gotta find how to put it in the "allowed" list....such a dweeb at this stuff....sorry

My post above was poorly written.
My ETO 1.3 crashes, I think because of inconsistencies in load-outs. pylons etc..
I seem to have read that Cagen 1-1 is some kind of utility that checks for inconsistencies.
Is this so? Can anyone give me a link?
