I was just reading Shadow_Wolf's "DP help" thread & noticed Captain Kurt's excellent response about the gun code explanation.

It took a while to remember that long ago; someone had written several tutorial books about manipulating CFS2 effects files (incl. the .dp gun code).

His name is Caleb Flerk. Check out the website & tutorial downloads. I'm sure you'll find them fascinating & extremely helpful.

Just trying to keep the old knowledge alive for the newcomers to CFS2 .... and us old pharts too!
