• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

i just loaded fsx in vista
but the thumbnails on aircraft are not correct
its like the thumbnails are off 1 or 2 spots
any ideas

Dang H... I have never seen that...

I have no clue on that..But there is probably some folder that can be replaced that will correct that..But I don't know which one....Sorry.
 
That will happen if 1 or more paints dont have thumbnails associated with them.

Go through all your texture folders & make sure they all have thumbnails & you will be as right as rain :wavey:

Hmm, that is odd, I have probably 1/2 my aircraft without thumbs and haven't seen this, guess it's coming, better get the camera out, LOL
 
I was the same way Michael until I noticed what Henry is talking about. I went back & created thumbnails for everything & it went away. ::shrug::
 
Yup Henry: Have the same deal with both Vista and ExPeee. Musical airplanes?

Boomer you got it
one of the first ac never had a thumbnail
in one of 6 paints
i copied one into the texture folder
that did not have one, texture 1 etc was ok but the main tex
did not and Voila
good to go
