Cannot Download from SOH

I have been unable to download files from the site today. I get a window saying that SOH is not available when I attempt a download, even though I can browse throughout the site, post messages, etc.
Is this a problem on my end?

It must be something on your end ... I just downloaded a file from the add-ons with no problem ...

It's working for me again now. I suspect a problem at my local network server.
