From Just Flight is now on sale from 45 bucks US to 30 bucks US this weekend..

So, for all you heavy flyers there it is....:ernae:

I konw the Captainsim 757 didn't run well on most systems, but the Just Flight version is packaged different. What are the odds of the Just Flight version running better?

None.

It will still perform abysmal compared to even the PMDG MD-11, let alone the Super 80 pro or Level-D 767.

For what it's worth, I get perfectly acceptable performance from the CS 757 on my not-too-shabby-but-not-that-hot-either rig. It's less of a frame hog than several of my other planes.

I've had it for awhile now and I like it. Just make sure there are no unnecessary programs running in the background.

Spotlope; what does your system look like?

Everyone else; What aircraft would you compare it to in terms in FPS hit? Is it on par with the AS F-16? I run the F-16 just fine, but the CS 757 demo was just plain miserable and completely unenjoyable compared to everything else. Kiwikat's probably right, though I'd heard they changed some stuff around.

Core2Duo E6750 CPU, OC'd to 3.2GHz
GigaByte EP45-UD3P mobo
6GB DDR2 (PC1600) RAM

I run the PMDG 747 just fine. The CS 757 brought my FPS to the single digits.
