There has been a long thread on porting the CS F-104 - quite recently, too.

Don't know about the CS B707, though.

I did get the 707 working a long time ago. Very complex deal. remove all 2D panels and replace all VC gauges with other gauges from around the world. But it was worth it awesome FPS and my favorite tube-liner.

You can use their 757 FS9 in FSX also. Just have to move eyepoint to get the VC adjusted properly.
