Carenado Bonanza in Jaguar Green and Gold

Yes, I have a bit of a thing for Jags. I was browsing airliners.net last week and discovered that there's actually a "Jaguar Special Edition" color scheme for some Beechcraft. It seems to me this is a great match for Carenado's F33A, so here you go: http://www.box.net/shared/d55j58thb8

I reworked the specular maps on the exterior to get a subtle metal-flake appearance to the stripes, and the result worked out pretty well. The interior is reupholstered in green/gold/tan as well.

This is really beautiful work, sir! Congratulations!

Thanks, guys. And HUGE thanks to Carenado - this is the first model of theirs I've painted that suffers from no mirrored mapping whatsoever, at least none that I could find. It's a delight to paint.

Classy!!!

Top work! I don't have the plane but after this paint I might start thinking about it.
