It is available. was one of their first releases, along with the D17 Staggerwing. Available in the marketplace.

With the Denarq enhancement Beech-D18S avalaible in flightsim.to is very nice

Carenado has made all their releases exclusively in the marketplace.

If you want to be able to modify the aircraft.cfgs, you have to move your main folders, One Store and Community, using the X-Box app. However, you still end up with excessively long folder names, and some add-ons won't install because of this. Royal pain, but it does remove the encrytion of the marketplace aircraft cfgs.
